Shop Once A Week
Save money by visiting the grocery store only once a week. You'll save money on impulse buys, and you'll save money on transportation costs too.

Sometimes the more expensive items are positioned deliberately by store management. Look on lower or higher shelves for cheaper and generic brands.

Bring a list and stick to it to save money. If you have a smartphone you can use one of the many shopping list apps available. Paper also works great!
